MUSIC ROYALTY PRACTICES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 430 of 2000 445.2107 Civil action. Sec.

7.A person suffering injury by a violation of this act may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover actual damages and reasonable attorney's fees or seek injunctive or any other relief available at law or in equity.
