CREDIT REFORM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 162 of 1995 445.1863 Enforcement of other laws not limited. Sec.
13.This act does not limit the authority of the commissioner, the attorney general, or a county prosecutor to enforce any law under which a regulated lender is chartered, organized, licensed, regulated, or otherwise authorized to extend credit.
