BUSINESS COORDINATION PROCEDURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 141 of 1982 ***** 445.13 THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY AFTER APRIL 27, 1987: See 445.24 ***** 445.13 Definitions; A to E. Sec. 3.

(1)"Applicant" means any person attempting to secure a permit.
(2)"Department" means the department of commerce.
(3)"Executive director" means the chief administrator of the office.
