UNLAWFUL TRADE PRACTICES (EXCERPT) Act 271 of 1941 445.109 Unlawful trade practices; sale of product by employer to employee. Sec.
9.Nothing in this act shall be deemed to prohibit the sale by an employer to his employees of his own products or property at any price.
