IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 452 of 2004 445.79a Seizure of forfeited property; seizure without process; circumstances. Sec. 19a. Property that is subject to forfeiture under this act may be seized upon process issued by the circuit court having jurisdiction over the property. Seizure without process may be made under any of the following circumstances:
