UNIFORM TRADE SECRETS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 448 of 1998 445.1909 Applicability and construction of act. Sec.

9.This act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it.
