FRANCHISE INVESTMENT LAW (EXCERPT) Act 269 of 1974 445.1525 Publication of false or misleading advertisement prohibited. Sec.

25.A person shall not publish an advertisement concerning the offer or sale of a franchise in this state if the advertisement contains a statement that is false or misleading or omits to make any statement necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
