LOST PROPERTY (EXCERPT) Act 273 of 1987 434.28 Applicability of act. Sec.

8.This act does not apply to abandoned property to which Act No. 214 of the Public Acts of 1979, being sections 434.181 to 434.184 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, applies.
