MCCAULEY-TRAXLER-LAW-BOWMAN-MCNEELY LOTTERY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 239 of 1972 432.32a Notification of name and identification information to department of human services. Sec. 32a. Within 7 days after paying a prize of $1,000.00 or more, the bureau shall notify the department of human services of the name of and other available identifying information regarding the winner of the prize and the amount of the prize.
