PROTECTION OF NAMES AND EMBLEMS (EXCERPT) Act 269 of 1929 430.55 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.
5.Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, fined not exceeding 100 dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
