EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 176 of 1939 423.7 Employment relations commission; principal office; office space; rules. Sec.

7.The principal office of the commission shall be in the city of Lansing. The department of management and budget shall provide suitable office space for the use of the commission. The commission shall promulgate rules as may be necessary to carry out this act. The rules shall be promulgated pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
