COMPULSORY ARBITRATION OF LABOR DISPUTES OF STATE POLICE TROOPERS AND SERGEANTS (EXCERPT) Act 17 of 1980 423.286 Violation; imprisonment prohibited. Sec.

16.A person shall not be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a violation of this act or an order of an arbitration panel.
