EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 176 of 1939 423.25a Confidential information. Sec. 25a.
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), a member of the commission or a labor mediator, or other agent of the commission dealing with the mediation process shall not disclose confidential information received by him for the purpose of resolving a dispute in the course of his official duties under this act.
(2)Subsection (1) shall not apply to confidential information received by a member of the commission or a labor mediator, or other agent of the commission dealing with the mediation process from an informant who is a victim of or involved in a crime, other than criminal contempt in a proceeding arising out of a violation of this act, at a legislative, administrative, or judicial proce
