BULLARD-PLAWECKI EMPLOYEE RIGHT TO KNOW ACT (EXCERPT) Act 397 of 1978 423.510 Right of access to records not diminished. Sec.

10.This act shall not be construed to diminish a right of access to records as provided in Act No. 442 of the Public Acts of 1976, being sections 15.231 to 15.246 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or as otherwise provided by law.
