EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 176 of 1939 423.24 Conspiracy; penalty. Sec.
24.Any person who shall conspire with 1 or more other persons to violate any of the provisions of this act, violation of which is made a penal offense hereunder, shall upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and punished by a fine of not to exceed $1,000.00, or by imprisonment of not to exceed 6 months, or both.
