MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 1 of 1936 (Ex. Sess.) 421.75 Conversion date to wage record system; effective date; report. Sec.
75.The conversion date to a wage record system prescribed by 1994 PA 162 is October 1, 2000. The unemployment agency shall provide the standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives that address labor issues a report on the wage record system conversion process once every 6 months after August 1, 1997 until the conversion is fully completed.
