MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 1 of 1936 (Ex. Sess.) 421.67b Annual report to legislature; validating representations made by employer to legislature. Sec. 67b.
(1)The commission shall annually report to the legislature on the number of claimants who qualify for benefits under section 46a; the average weekly benefit amount drawn by such claimants; and the average duration of regular and extended benefits drawn by such claimants. The first report required by this subsection shall be transmitted not later than August 31, 1984.
(2)When an employer subject to this act makes representations to the legislature as to the amount of contributions paid by the employer either currently or under proposed changes in this act, the committee to whom the representations were made may req
