MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 1 of 1936 (Ex. Sess.) 421.28e Shared-work plan; approval or disapproval by unemployment agency. Sec. 28e. The unemployment agency shall approve or disapprove a shared-work plan no later than 15 days after the date the unemployment agency receives an employer's shared-work plan application that meets the requirements of sections 28c and 28d. The unemployment agency's decision shall be expressed in writing and, if the shared-work plan is disapproved, shall include the reasons for the disapproval.
