MICHIGAN BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 48 of 1982 421.224 Job training; criteria. Sec.
4.The program shall train persons for jobs that are characterized by the following criteria: skill demand, wage for the area commensurate with the skill required for the job, feasibility and desirability for location within this state.
