COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS; JOB TRAINING SERVICES (EXCERPT) Act 173 of 1983 421.154 Community-based organization meeting selection criteria; consideration for selection as service provider; conditions. Sec.
4.A community-based organization that meets the criteria established pursuant to section 3 shall be given proper consideration for selection as a service provider subject to such conditions as will ensure use consistent with the distribution and utilization of funds under the job training partnership act.
