COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS; JOB TRAINING SERVICES (EXCERPT) Act 173 of 1983 421.152 Job training plans; contents. Sec. 2. Job training plans prepared pursuant to the job training partnership act and submitted to the governor for approval shall provide, pursuant to the job training partnership act, for comprehensive job training and related services and job opportunity programs for economically disadvantaged, unemployed, and underemployed individuals, and persons who have encountered 1 or more barriers to employment. Such plans shall include but not be limited to the following:
