MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 1 of 1936 (Ex. Sess.) 421.13h Provisions applicable to reimbursement payments in lieu of contributions and reimbursing employers. Sec. 13h. Except where otherwise provided or where the context clearly requires otherwise, the terms, conditions, rules and regulations which apply to contributions and contributing employers under this act shall also apply to reimbursement payments in lieu of contributions and reimbursing employers.
