THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ACT (EXCERPT) Act 359 of 1947 42.33 Liberal construction of act. Sec.

33.The provisions of this act shall be liberally construed in the interest of the public health and welfare and the safety of persons and property within such townships as shall incorporate under the provisions of this act.
