EARNED SICK TIME ACT (EXCERPT) Act 338 of 2018 408.973 Rules. Sec.

13.The director may promulgate rules in accordance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, as necessary to administer this act.
