IMPROVED WORKFORCE OPPORTUNITY WAGE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 337 of 2018 408.944 Operation of massage establishment; violation. Sec.

14.An employer operating a massage establishment as defined in section 2 of former 1974 PA 251 that violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
