FULL EMPLOYMENT PLANNING ACT OF 1978 (EXCERPT) Act 609 of 1978 408.906 Reports by directors of senate and house fiscal agencies. Sec. 6. The directors of the senate and house fiscal agencies shall issue periodic joint reports to each member of the legislature detailing and tabulating the progress of legislative action on bills and resolutions which provide new budget authority or which change revenues for the fiscal year under consideration. The reports shall include all of the following:

(a)An up-to-date tabulation comparing new appropriations made for the fiscal year in bills and resolutions on which the legislature has completed action and estimated outlays associated with the appropriations bills or resolutions necessary for the new appropriations, explicit or implicit, in the employm
