FULL EMPLOYMENT PLANNING ACT OF 1978 (EXCERPT) Act 609 of 1978 408.905 Employment plan; legislative alteration or rejection. Sec.

5.If the legislature does not alter or reject the employment plan by concurrent resolution within 90 days after submission of the plan in accordance with section 4, the employment plan as submitted shall become effective.
