ELEVATOR SAFETY BOARD (EXCERPT) Act 227 of 1967 408.822 Saving clause. Sec.

22.A prosecution arising from a violation of the act repealed herein pending at the time this act becomes effective, or a prosecution which may be started within 1 year after the effective date of this act in consequence of any violation of the repealed act which was committed previous to the effective date of this act, shall be tried and determined as if such act had not been repealed.
