ELEVATOR SAFETY BOARD (EXCERPT) Act 227 of 1967 408.817 Inspections; entry on premises, assistance. Sec.
17.The director and his inspectors during reasonable hours may enter any premises within this state without hindrance for the purpose of examining equipment covered by this act in accordance with the rules promulgated by the board. The holder of a certificate of operation shall provide assistance required by the director or the inspector in making the inspection.
