ELEVATOR SAFETY BOARD (EXCERPT) Act 227 of 1967 408.813 Certificates of competency, commissions and licenses; reissuance when lost or destroyed. Sec.
13.A certificate of competency, commission or elevator contractor license shall be reissued upon receipt of an application by the director and payment of the renewal fee without another examination, when it is proven to the director's satisfaction that the document is lost or destroyed.
