ELEVATOR SAFETY BOARD (EXCERPT) Act 227 of 1967 408.801 Elevators; applicability of definitions in American standard safety code. Sec.
1.The definitions in section 3 of the standard are applicable to this act, except where they conflict with definitions in this act.
