CARNIVAL-AMUSEMENT SAFETY ACT OF 1966 (EXCERPT) Act 225 of 1966 408.664 Existing carnival-amusement ride; use. Sec.
14.This act does not prevent the use of any existing carnival-amusement ride if an inspection finds that the ride is in a safe condition and conforms to the rules of the department.
