CARNIVAL-AMUSEMENT SAFETY ACT OF 1966 (EXCERPT) Act 225 of 1966 408.659 Inspectors; appointment, qualifications. Sec.

9.The department shall hire inspectors to inspect carnival-amusement rides and shall hire or retain an individual as the direct supervisor of those inspectors who the department determines is qualified in engineering and training.
