CARNIVAL-AMUSEMENT SAFETY ACT OF 1966 (EXCERPT) Act 225 of 1966 408.657 Director; administration and enforcement of act, codes, and rules. Sec.

7.The director shall administer and enforce this act and all codes and rules promulgated by the department.
