WORKFORCE OPPORTUNITY WAGE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 138 of 2014 408.421 Discrimination against employee serving on or testifying to wage deviation board; violation. Sec.

11.An employer that discharges or in any other manner discriminates against an employee because the employee has served or is about to serve on the wage deviation board or has testified or is about to testify before the board, or because the employer believes that the employee may serve on the board or may testify before the board or in any investigation under this act, and any person who violates any provision of this act or of any regulation or order issued under this act, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
