WORKFORCE OPPORTUNITY WAGE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 138 of 2014 408.418 Administration and enforcement of act; investigating and ascertaining wages; revealing facts or information. Sec.

8.The commissioner shall administer and enforce this act and, at the request of the wage deviation board, may investigate and ascertain the wages of employees of an employer subject to this act. The commissioner and the commissioner's employees shall not reveal facts or information obtained in the course of official duties, except as when required by law, to report upon or take official action or testify in proceedings regarding the affairs of an employer subject to this act.
