SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.338 Revenue; disbursements. Sec.

18.All fees for permits or inspections, or any other income received under this act, shall be paid into the general fund. All salaries and other moneys expended under this act shall be paid by the state treasurer from a fund appropriated by the legislature.
