SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.334 Ski lifts; existing installations. Sec.

14.This act shall not be construed to prevent the use of any existing installation, upon inspection found to be in a safe condition and to conform with the rules and regulations of the board.
