SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.333 Ski lifts; order to cease operation. Sec.

13.The commissioner or board may order, in writing, a temporary cessation of operation of a ski lift if it has been determined after inspection to be hazardous or unsafe. Operation shall not resume until such conditions are corrected to the satisfaction of the commissioner or board.
