SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.331 Ski lifts; permits, issuance, expiration. Sec.

11.If upon inspection a ski lift is found to comply with the rules and regulations of the board, the commissioner shall issue a permit to operate. A permit shall expire on September 30 of the following year.
