SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.328 Commissioner of labor; administration of act. Sec.

8.The commissioner, subject to the limitations herein contained and the rules and regulations of the board, shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act.
