MICHIGAN COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 219 of 1994 408.232 Cooperation of state departments and agencies with commission. Sec.

12.State departments and agencies shall cooperate with the commission in the performance of its functions. The commission may request, and state departments and agencies shall provide, policy and technical information required by the commission in the performance of its functions.
