MICHIGAN COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 219 of 1994 408.228 National service program. Sec.
8.The commission shall not directly carry out any national service program that receives assistance under section 121 of title I, 42 U.S.C. 12571.
