PREVAILING WAGES ON STATE PROJECTS (EXCERPT) Act 10 of 2023 408.1126 Severability. Sec.

26.If any portion of this act is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
