PREVAILING WAGES ON STATE PROJECTS (EXCERPT) Act 10 of 2023 408.1120 Final order. Sec.

20.Unless an appeal is in process, the commissioner may enforce a final order under this act in a court of competent jurisdiction or in Ingham County.
