PREVAILING WAGES ON STATE PROJECTS (EXCERPT) Act 10 of 2023 408.1118 Investigations; right to interview. Sec.
18.During the course of an investigation, the commissioner shall have the right to interview employees, supervisors, and others, in private without third parties to ascertain the wages, benefits, classification, or other information relevant to enforcement of this act.
