MICHIGAN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (EXCERPT) Act 154 of 1974 408.1094 Effective date. Sec. 94.

(1)This act shall take effect on January 1, 1975, except as to public employers as specified in subsection (2).

(2)Standards adopted by reference pursuant to section 14 shall not be applicable to the state or political subdivisions until July 1, 1975.
