MICHIGAN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (EXCERPT) Act 154 of 1974 408.1091 Pending proceedings continued. Sec.

91.Any proceeding pending before the department of labor or the department of health shall be continued and be conducted and determined by the appropriate department in accordance with the statutes governing the proceedings.
