MICHIGAN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (EXCERPT) Act 154 of 1974 408.1014g Chemical in sealed package in transit by common carrier. Sec. 14g. An employer is not required to comply with the standard incorporated by reference in section 14a or with sections 14b to 14l with respect to a chemical in a sealed package and in transit by a common carrier if the seal remains intact while in transit.
