FAIR AND OPEN COMPETITION IN GOVERNMENTAL CONSTRUCTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 98 of 2011 408.871 Short title. Sec.

1.This act shall be known and may be cited as the "fair and open competition in governmental construction act".
